We want you to love your new backpack, but if it is not the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any item within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original, unused condition with tags still attached.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to start the process.
Print Your Label
Select the items you wish to return and download your prepaid shipping label provided by our system.
Pack Your Bag
Securely place the backpack in its original packaging and attach the shipping label to the outside of the box.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect it, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
